By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the HabitMo mobile application or visiting https://habitmo.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
HabitMo is a personal productivity and habit-tracking application inspired by the methodology outlined in James Clear's Atomic Habits. The app helps users track daily habits, manage streaks, set reminder schedules, view completion statistics, and develop sustainable routines.
3. Eligibility & Age Requirements
You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age (or sixteen in certain European jurisdictions) to use HabitMo. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.
4. License to Use the Service
HabitMo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the application on mobile devices owned by you solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
5. User Content & Ownership
You retain full copyright and ownership of all content, habit names, notes, and milestones you record in HabitMo. We do not claim any ownership over your User Content.
6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
All financial transactions, renewals, and payments for optional premium features are processed exclusively through the Google Play Store (Google LLC) or the Apple App Store (Apple Inc.) according to their respective billing policies.
7. Acceptable Use & Conduct
You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the application, or use the application for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
8. Health & Wellness Disclaimer
HabitMo is designed solely as an informational and personal productivity tool. It does NOT provide medical, psychiatric, or clinical healthcare advice. Consult a healthcare professional before beginning any intensive fitness or dietary regimen.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to the HabitMo application, website, logos, user interface designs, custom iconography, software code, and documentation belong exclusively to the HabitMo team and our licensors.
Atomic Habits is a trademark and copyright of James Clear and Penguin Random House. HabitMo is an independent software application inspired by habit formation principles and is not officially affiliated with or endorsed by James Clear.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HABITMO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
12. Termination
You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the HabitMo application. We reserve the right to suspend access if these Terms are violated.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the Services shall be governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law provisions.
14. Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When changes occur, we will update the 'Last Updated' date at the top of this document.
